SERVICE TERMS

Clear before anything begins.

Effective date: August 13, 2026. These website terms explain the public Proper Site offer. A project does not begin until the specific scope, payment schedule, ownership, and responsibilities are confirmed in writing.

Private previews

A requested homepage preview is a private concept for evaluation. It is not a completed website, a promise of acceptance, or authorization to publish. Proper Site may decline requests that are outside its scope.

$500 website launch offer

The advertised $500 offer is intended for a defined small-business website scope agreed in writing. The final agreement should identify the pages, features, content supplied by the client, included revision rounds, timeline, launch responsibilities, domain access, hosting, and any third-party costs. Work outside that scope may require a separate quote.

Optional $50 monthly care

The care plan is optional and should be confirmed separately. It is intended for hosting coordination, basic monitoring, maintenance checks, and reasonable text or photo updates within an agreed scope. New pages, redesigns, advanced features, urgent work, advertising, or third-party fees are not automatically included. Cancellation terms must be stated before enrollment.

Payment and approval

No payment is collected through this website form. Payment timing, refund or cancellation terms, and any adult signatory requirements must be confirmed in the project agreement before paid work begins. Proper Site will not publish a client website without approval.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate business information, lawful content, and permission to use supplied photos, logos, reviews, and other materials. Clients remain responsible for their business claims, licenses, policies, and legal compliance.

Portfolio use

Real client work is shown publicly only with permission and truthful attribution. Fictional concepts remain clearly labeled as concepts.

Availability

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, a deadline, or uninterrupted service. Proper Site will communicate accepted scope and timing directly.
