Effective date: August 13, 2026. Proper Site collects only the information needed to review and respond to a private website request.

What we collect

• Your name and business name.
• Your email address and optional phone number.
• The website help you request and the message you submit.
• Basic security information needed to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

Your submission enters Proper Site's private Requests workspace. It is reviewed by Proper Site so Joseph Rodriguez can decide whether to contact you. The form does not automatically send an email, publish your information, or create a customer account.

Sharing and selling

Proper Site does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by Cloudflare for website hosting, temporary request storage, and abuse protection, and by Google to provide the website fonts. It is not used for unrelated marketing lists.

Retention

Requests under review are kept while Proper Site evaluates and responds to them. Declined requests should be deleted within 90 days unless they must be retained for security, legal, or dispute purposes. Approved requests may be retained as business records while the relationship remains active and for a reasonable period afterward.

Your choices

You may ask Proper Site to provide, correct, or delete your request information by emailing [email protected]. Reasonable identity verification may be required before acting on a request.

Security

Proper Site uses access controls, server-side validation, rate limits, and backups designed to protect request information. No internet service can promise absolute security.
